Cancellation Policy

As a small specialized place, we are confident that you will understand our need for the following cancellation policy:

If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to your check-in date, you will be charged 10% of the total dollar amount of your reservation, or a minimum of $50.00 (45 days or more prior for holiday periods, or a minimum of $100.00).

If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days, but more than 14 days prior to your check-in date, you will be charged 50% of the total dollar amount of your reservation.  (Less than 45 days but more than 30 days for Holiday periods)

If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to your check-in date, you will be charged 100% of the total dollar amount of your reservation.  (30 days or less for Holiday periods)

No shows will forfeit 100% of the total dollar amount of their reservation.

*Reservation fees are the total dollar amount charged to you for your stay at Holly’s Place.

Reschedules

In the event that you have to reschedule, there is a $100 fee for rescheduling.  The new rescheduled date must be within 30 days of the original date booked.  Only 1 reschedule per original booking date is permitted.
