Check-In/Check-Out Policy
Check-In: 3:00 PMCheck-Out: 11:00 AM
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.
- Check-in instructions will be emailed to you 24-hours prior to your arrival
- We do not accommodate early check ins or late check outs.
- Upon checkout, place the room key on the table in the room.
- There will be no refunds for early check outs.
- There is one parking spot per room with the exception of two spots for the Tall Pines house.
- Please ensure you park only in designated parking areas.
- Holly’s Place is a non-smoking property.
- A violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing or damaged property.
- This property is not American Disability Act (ADA) compliant.
- Security cameras are located on the property outside monitoring the shared areas for safety and security reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:
- Canceled reservations will be fully refunded up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- For cancellations between 8-13 days prior to arrival, 50% of your booking total will be refunded to the card on file.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- We are a family-owned property and appreciate your understanding!
Dog Policy
- There is a fee of $30 per night, per dog.
- Holly’s Place is not responsible for your dog(s).
- Dogs must be well-behaved, friendly with people and other dogs.
- Aggressive dogs, regardless of breed, will be asked to leave the property forfeiting your reservation.
- No refunds will be given.
- Bring a leash!
- You must keep your dog on a leash at all times.
- Dogs must wear collars with license info (for California residents), contact number, and name at all times.
- Guests must have their dog’s current vaccination information readily available.
- Dogs may not be left unattended in your rooms or on the property.
- Excessive barking or whining will result in a cancellation of accommodations without refund.
- This is for the consideration of other guests.
- Pick up after your dog!
- There are stations with bags and scoopers throughout the property.
- The following breeds are not permitted:
- Pit bulls or Pit bull mixes
- American Staffordshire Terriers
- Rottweilers or Rottweiler mixes
- Huskies
- Dobermans
- Wolf hybrids
- There is a minimum charge of $250 for property damages.
